Four divisions in close cooperation
dwpbank’s organisational structure is characterised by the clear allocation of responsibilities and close cooperation across the four multi-regional divisions. The common goal: to offer our customers the best possible individual service.
Sales
Karl-Martin im Brahm is the member of the Board of Management responsible for Sales. dwpbank’s comprehensive customer focus is anchored in this division. The core activities in Sales are acquisition, training, customer support and constant service. Support is organised on a sector-specific basis with a key accounts structure.
Securities Service
Securities Service, headed by Board of Management member Bernd Sperber, handles transaction services from order management to securities account management. This division has the most employees and also includes dwpbank’s Back Office Service Centres.
Information Technology
The smooth production and ongoing development of dwpbank’s securities settlement system is guaranteed by the Information Technology division under the leadership of Dr. Sören Christensen. The division’s main responsibilities also include the constant development of the central IT platform and migration projects.
Corporate Management
Headed by Dr. Ralf Gissel, the Chairman of the Board of Management, the key central departments of dwpbank are grouped together as key functions in Corporate Management. dwpbank’s positioning as a leading provider on the German transaction banking market is essentially directed by this division.
