Our organisational structure with its four specialist departments is oriented towards providing services for our customers. The organisation is headed by the Supervisory Board, which monitors the activities of the Board of Management. The Board of Management is also supported by our highest customer body, the Advisory Board.
Customer bodies ensure quality
The Advisory Board, which is composed of senior management representatives from our customers, meets twice a year to discuss issues relating to current market development and changes in conditions. With technical support from the WP2 Project Committee and additional specialist working parties, the Advisory Board allows us to incorporate the requirements of our customers and the market into our objectives.
Focused on the customer
Specialisation and customer orientation are the guiding principles behind the structure of our divisions. Sales is a separate division in its own right, with support provided by experts and specialists from the other divisions.
